How to Use: Step 1)- Open the Bh-28 box and remove the earbuds case lid, Step 2)- Turn on bluetooth on your device, long press the small button placed in the middle of earbuds case, Step 3)- Search earbuds with name BH-28 in your mobile device and click on it. You are all set! Enjoy the music and calls.

Touch Operation: Procoat single sided earbud have touch operation enabled for "Ending calls" only. This feature helps to remove the hassle for carrying the phone in hands while talking, you can keep it in your pocket, desk or a nearest place at home and just keep talking and just end the with a touch only, no need to go to your phone to end the call.

Battery Life: BH-28 have a continues talk time around 3 to 4 hours and its case also have power bank to re-charge it and gives another to 4 hours of talk time life to earbud. It disconnects with phone automatically once the earbud is placed back into the case. Battery case lasts longer to keep charging earbud upto 3 days with standard use.

Distancing: BH-28 covers a good distance while connected with your device. It work perfectly within the range of 10ft with barriers and 3M without barriers or obstacles. This is a good range of distance covered by its bluetooth connectivity which helps reducing the hassle of carryhing the phone with you at your work place, home or during travel.

15 Days Replacement Policy:

14 Months Warranty Policy:

  1. Guarantee of maintenance: Within 14 months since the date of purchase, the manufacturer promises to offer maintenance service if the product bought from ProCoat immediate store or authorized distributor shops is in quality problem (artificial and external force damage excluded).
  2. Maintenance Procedure: Please take the product, whole set of package and original invoice to (or please freight pre-paid to) the shop you bought the product for checking. The seller will check by quality assurance identification rules to clarify the problem. If yes, the seller should fill warranty card with official stamp and send back to the manufacturer. After repairing, manufacturer sends the product to the seller and the seller should inform the user to collect it. For freight arrangements and maintenance period please check with the shop you contact.

Quality Assurance identification Rules:

  1. Quality assurance is NOT applicable to those items: accessories like packing box, pouch, ear clip and earmuffs; product beyond warranty period, product got from un-authorized agents or informal channels, fake Product, artificial damaged product or external force damaged product.

SAFETY AND MAINTENANCE

Please read the suggestions below in order to helping prolong product lifespan and clearly understand the warranty clauses.

  • Keep the product dry, do not put in in humid circumstance to avoid short circuit.
  • Do not expose it to the sun or high heat. High heating will short lifespan of electronic components, damage battery and deform some plastic parts.
  • Do not put it in cold circumstance to avoid damage to PCB board.
  • Do not attempt to take apart the product, especially non-professionals.

  • Do not scratch the surface with sharp items to avert damaging the case and appearance.
  • Do not make it charging 10 hours continuously for the sake of lifespan.
